Walk Into Your Audit Already Ready
We prepare your books, reconciliations, and supporting documentation before your external auditor shows up — so the audit takes days, not weeks, and comes back with fewer findings.
No obligation. Response within one business day.
What we prepare before the auditor arrives
Every finding an auditor raises is usually a gap we can close in advance.
Internal Audit & Health-Checks
A pre-audit review of your controls, processes, and financial records to surface issues early.
Bookkeeping Clean-Up & Reconciliations
Bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations brought current and tied out.
Document & Evidence Preparation
Contracts, invoices, and supporting schedules organized and indexed for the auditor's PBC list.
Auditor Liaison
We field auditor requests directly, so your team keeps running the business, not chasing documents.
Audit & Assurance Readiness
How readiness works
Typically completed 4–8 weeks before your audit start date.
Gap Assessment
We review last year's findings (if any) and your current records against standard PBC expectations.
Remediation
We close reconciliation gaps, correct classifications, and compile missing documentation.
Audit Support
During fieldwork, we respond to auditor queries directly and manage the PBC list in real time.

Frequently asked
Are you SOCPA licensed? Will you sign our audit opinion?
No — we are not a SOCPA-licensed statutory audit firm, and we do not issue audit opinions. We prepare your business so your licensed external auditor (yours, or our partner firm) can complete the statutory audit efficiently.
Can you recommend a licensed auditor if I don't have one?
Yes, we can refer you to a SOCPA-licensed partner firm and stay involved to manage the process on your side.
How far in advance should we start?
Ideally 4–8 weeks before fieldwork begins, though we can compress this for urgent timelines.
Do you handle disputes with GOSI as part of readiness?
Yes, if payroll or GOSI discrepancies are flagged during the readiness review, we help resolve them before your audit begins.
